Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY) is the flagship health protection scheme of the Government of Maharashtra, integrated with Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY. Under the expanded universal health mandate, all families residing in Maharashtra holding yellow, orange, or white ration cards receive cashless medical and surgical treatment cover of up to ₹5,00,000 per annum across network hospitals.

Present your Ration Card and Aadhaar Card. The Arogyamitra verifies eligibility and coordinates with treating specialists to generate an online e-Pre-Authorization request.
Pre-Auth Approval from SHAS
State Health Assurance Society medical team reviews and sanctions the pre-authorization within 12 hours (or immediately in emergency cases).
