Gruha Lakshmi is one of the five flagship Guarantee schemes implemented by the Government of Karnataka. The scheme grants ₹2,000 every month directly to the bank account of the woman designated as the head of the family in Antyodaya, BPL, and APL ration cards, reaching over 1.2 Crore households across the state.

Eligibility Criteria
Ensure you satisfy all the following government conditions before applying:
- 1Applicant woman must be identified as the head of family in a valid Karnataka Ration Card (APL/BPL/Antyodaya).
- 2Neither the woman nor her husband should be an income tax payer (ITR filer).
- 3Neither the woman nor her husband should be a GST payer.
- 4Must possess an active Aadhaar-seeded bank account with NPCI mapper.

How to Apply (Official Process)
Visit Seva Sindhu / Karnataka One / Grama One
Visit the Seva Sindhu portal (sevasindhugs.karnataka.gov.in) or your local Grama One / Karnataka One / Bengaluru One center.
Provide Ration Card Number
Enter your Ration Card number. The system verifies the female head of household registered in the Food & Civil Supplies database.
Submit Aadhaar and Mobile Number
Provide your Aadhaar number and the registered mobile number for OTP confirmation.
Bank Account Verification
Select whether DBT funds should be transferred to your Aadhaar-seeded bank account or enter specific passbook details.
Receive Acknowledgment Slip
Collect the acknowledgment receipt with your Gruha Lakshmi Application Number.
